Requirements for Participating in the PI Meeting Face to Face Meetings
  Please read the following requirements if you participate in PI Meeting face-to-face Meetings.

  • Overseas visitors are required to register and use the Health and Location Monitoring App, “MySOS”.
  • If you participate as a business traveler, please purchase private medical insurance which includes medical expenses related to COVID-19 and has sufficient coverage and services.
    • Costs of PCR test and insurance for the Funded PIs/CIs should be covered by the research funds. Considering the current situation of CVID-19 pandemic, these costs for the Non-Funded PIs/CIs may be covered by JAXA in this year. Please contact JAXA research leader or PI Meeting Secretariat Team in advance.
    • JAXA will not bear the costs incurred due to COVID-19.
  • Please make sure you have not had a fever of 37.5 ℃ (Celsius) or higher for the last 5 days of the meetings. If you have a fever, please refrain from participating in face-to-face meetings. If you are a presenter, please contact JAXA research leader or the Secretariat. Your presentation will be canceled or switched to an online presentation. If the presentation is canceled, the research evaluation will be conducted separately.
  • Please measure your temperature at your accommodation before leaving to the venue.
  • You will be required to check your temperature at the reception each day to confirm that you do not have a fever. If so, you will have an identification sticker. If you have a fever of 37.5 ℃ or higher, you will not be able to enter the venue.
  • Please follow infection control procedures including 1) Wear a mask covering your nose and mouth 2) Sanitize your hands 3) Maintain a safe distance from others.
  • If a presenter is unable to attend the meeting due to his/her health condition on the day, his/her presentation will be canceled or switched to an online presentation. If the presentation is canceled, the research evaluation will be conducted separately. Please contact the research leader or the secretariat.
  • If you are not feeling well, please refrain from participating in face-to-face meetings and join online sessions instead. Please note that the Secretariat cannot provide support the participants who are not feeling well at the venue.
  • If you are positive for COVID-19 or stayed close with a COVID-19 patient, please follow the instructions provided by PI Meeting Secretariat Team, travel insurance companies, medical institutions, or public health centers, etc.

PI Meeting 対面会議参加条件
PI Meetingでの会場参加の条件を下記に示します。

  • 海外の方は入国者健康居所確認(MySOS)の登録・利用が必須です。
  • 出張者として参加する場合は、新型コロナウイルス感染症に関する医療費を補償対象に含み、かつ、十分な補償・サービスを備えた民間医療保険に加入してください。
    • PCR検査・保険加入費用は有償契約PI・CIは研究費より、コロナの現状を鑑み今年度は特別に無償契約PI・CIはJAXAで負担も可能ですので、事前にご相談ください。
      *新型コロナウイルス感染により発生した費用はJAXAでは負担いたしません。
    • 5日以内に37.5度以上の発熱がないことを確認してください。発熱がある場合は、会場参加を控えてください。会場でご講演を予定されている方は、Webでの講演に切り替えるか、講演キャンセルとしますので、研究リーダまたは事務局にご連絡ください。キャンセルした場合の研究評価については、別途実施いたします。
  • 会場に向かう前にも、自宅、ホテル等での検温等をお勧めします。
  • 参加会場受付で日々検温し、37.5度未満であることを確認いたします。識別シールをバッヂに貼付してください。37.5度以上の発熱の場合、会場に入れません。
  • 基本的な感染防止対策(①マスク着用、②手 指消毒、③3密(密閉・密集・密接)の回避)の徹底をお願いします。マスクは、鼻と顎を覆い正しく着用してください。
  • ご発表される方で急遽体調不良等により会場不参加になった場合には、Webでの講演に切り替えるか、講演キャンセルとしますので、研究リーダまたは事務局にご連絡ください。キャンセルした場合の研究評価については、別途実施いたします。
  • ご発表以外の方で体調不良時の対面会議の参加はご遠慮ください。web会議でご参加ください。事務局では体調不調のサポートは出来兼ねますのでご了承ください。
  • 新型コロナウイルス感染症の陽性者及び濃厚接触者となった場合には、事務局、旅行保険業者および医療機関・保健所等の指示に従ってください。
